RUSSIA / USA : Moscow Responds To Magnitsky Blacklist...By Banning 18 Americans.

      Moscow is playing diplomatic 'tit for tat'.
     After the USA's Treasury Dept blacklisted 18 Russian officials with its 2012 Magnitsky Act...Russia has banned 18 Americans from entering Mother Russia.

      2 of the blacklisted were prominent members of former President Bush's administration...water boarding defender lawyer John Yoo (above)...and David Addington, the chief aide to aggressive and dour Iraq War promoter VP Dick Cheney (below)...plus 2 Guantanamo, Cuba base detention commanders.

      Sergei Magnitsky was a Russian lawyer and 'whistle blower'...who died in prison in 2009...before his pretrial.
