PERU: Chaos Reigns In Lima's Streets With Unregulated Taxis And Ancient Buses.

     Severe pollution and extreme chaos.
     That describes the current state of traffic in Lima.
     The city's new mayor wants to do something about the anarchic and corrupt transit system.
     Buses average 20 years old.
     There are 250,000 taxis...one for every 18 citizens...half of them unregistered, all of them unregulated.
