HONDURAS : 4 Nov. UPDATE: 176 Police Arrested For Corruption; Lobo Sacks His Top Cops...Sends Troops Into Sula, Tegucigalpa.

      A new police purge resulted in 176 officers arrested for corruption.
      President Porfirio Lobo had sent hundreds of troops into the capital Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula...after sacking several police commanders...because 4 released officers accused of murdering 2 students...suddenly disappeared.
     "Operation Lightning" is underway in areas controlled by narco gangs.
