MEXICO : Zetas Founder/ Leader "Lucky" Hernandez Lechuga Captured In Veracruz.

      A reported founder of the brutal Los Zetas narco gang...and current boss in 10 states...Raul Lucio Hernandez Lechuga...aka "Lucky"...was captured in Cordoba in Veracruz state with 169 guns...dozens of grenades and launchers.
      Officials believe Hernandez Lechuga is connected to the disappearance of 9 marines in Veracruz.
