RUSSIA : Police Search VKontakte Offices...And Founder Durov's Home.
St.Petersburg police searched the offices of Russia's most popular social network... VKontakte/In Contact...and also the home of its reclusive young founder...Pavel Durov.
They are investigating the early April injury of a policeman by a driver...that they believe was Durov.
A spokesman for Durov claims he doesn't own a car.
It is yet another crackdown on websites that allow opposition debate.
With 200 million users...VKontakte...begun in 2006...is more popular than Facebook in Russia.
