Former Dallas Morning News reporter Tracy Easton has filed a report detailing famous dissident blogger Yoani Sanchez's current 12 nation tour.
After 20 attempts...Sanchez was finally allowed to leave Cuba in February.
She was greeted rudely by some Castro supporters in Brasil...and also in NYC.
Sanchez has won over $200,000 in awards/honors/prizes since 2007...and uses that money to pay for tweets at $1.10 per message to her over 400,000 followers.
She plans on returning to Cuba...and wants to start a digital newspaper there.
