PHILIPPINES /USA : Stranded US Naval Warship Finally Dismantled.

      After 3 months...and at least 4 weather delays...the stranded 225-foot minesweeper USS Guardian...is being cut-up and hauled away...from a delicate and endangered coral reef in Sulu Sea in the Philippines.
    An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
    The ship's January grounding caused an outcry in the Philippines.
