A new poll revealed that President Pinera's approval rating has increased to 38%...from 32% in September.
For 2 years...Pinera has suffered from the lowest presidential approval in Chile's  democratic history.
Last April...Pinera had only 26% approval.
But a strong economy, low unemployment and nationalistic border disputes with 2 neighbors have bolstered the billionaire president's image.
