PORTUGAL / GERMANY : UPDATE: Protesters Greet Merkel's First Visit To Lisboa.

     Chancellor Angela Merkel made her first official visit to Lisboa.
     Her welcome there...was clouded by a small group of protesters...and not as toxic or violent as those in Athens!
     Portugal is suffering from more new severe austerity measures...and continued recession.
