SLOVENIA : Presidential Election Heads For December Runoff.

     Former PM Borut Pahor surprised some by coming in first in Sunday's presidential election with 40%...barely beating out incumbent Danilo Turk at 36%.
     Voter turnout in the nation of 2 million was about 45%.
     A run-off for the 5-year term is scheduled for 02 December.
