COLOMBIA : 2 Dead, 37 Wounded In Cauca From Suitcase Bomb.

     2 men...believed to be FARC narco/oro terrorists...were killed...and at least 37 bystanders were injured...when a grenade the men were transporting on a bike...exploded near the center of Pradera in Valle de Cauca province.
     14 of the wounded are children...with 3 listed in 'serious' condition.
     More than 7,000 children had gathered in the plaza for Halloween festivities.
     Police speculate the men were headed for the town's police station.
