Still smarting from USA Secretary of State Clinton criticism...that Moscow's December election was 'neither free nor fair'...Vladimir Churov...Putin ally and election commission head...claimed Tuesday Americans will choose a president under a flawed undemocratic system.
Churov...aka 'The Magician'...wrote in a Moscow newspaper: 'The U.S. presidential election is not direct, not universal and not equal and it does not safeguard the secrecy of voting.'
Churov joined a recent Russian chorus of USA voting criticism.
Last week...the Foreign Ministry claimed the USA State department likes to preach democracy to the world...but America often lacks the principles at home...referring to Texas' recent objection to foreign election monitors at polling places.
