MEXICO: Narcos Hang 9 Men From N. Laredo Bridge.

       Gruesome narco hangings have resumed along the border.
      Police removed the tortured bodies of 9 men from a bridge in Nuevo Laredo.
      A warning message was reportedly also left...but police did not disclose it.
      Last May...the bodies of 5 men and 4 women of the alleged Gulfo gang were hung from another NL bridge...and claimed by the ruthless Zetas.
