PERU: 15 Die In Vilcabamba Bus Accident.

      Police report that at least 15 bus passengers were killed...and 7 injured...after a bus plunged off the highway...into a ravine in the Vilcabamba district of the Cuzco region.
     No cause for the accident has been disclosed.
     Observers say that illegal driving licenses can be bought for as little as $30-$50.
