He believes it only leads to use of harder drugs.
Pena Nieto, 45...told AP that he proposes using the same tactics as current President Calderon...creating a single state police force and cracking down on money laundering.
He claims his obsession 'is to boost the economy, to create jobs.'
Latest polls give Pena Nieto 41.6% of the vote...with the ruling PAN's candidate...Josefina Vasquez Mota receiving only 17.5%.
