      LONG READ

Here's an amazing story about how the small Baltic nation of Estonia embraces and prospers from the internet.
The reporter writes that a Wi-Fi user can walk 100 miles...and NEVER lose the free connection.
In Estonia...internet use is an accepted public service...like tap water or street cleaning.
There you can vote via internet...and 94% pay taxes on line...and transfer payments....because of secure digital IDs.
It is also where Skype was invented.
