COLOMBIA : Rainy Season Has Killed 36, Damaged 12,500 Homes...So Far.

http://www.trust.org/alertnet/news/colombia-flood-preparedness-questioned-as-death-toll-rises/

The rainy season that started in mid-March has already killed 36...displaced over 66,000 people, damaged 12,500 homes, washed out hundreds of roads...and damaged crops...including the important coffee export crop.
Hardest hit has been the northeast region.
Critics are again complaining about insufficient governmental preparations for the annual flooding disasters.
