BOLIVIA : Miners Explode Dynamite, Injure 5 Police In La Paz Protest.

      Miners seeking wage increases...joined striking teachers...and protesting medical workers...in La Paz and other cities.
      In La Paz...miners tossed dynamite...injuring at least 5 police...and blowing out windows...on the protest's second day.
