With the World Cup coming in 2014...and billions being spent to upgrade stadia and airports...Brasilia is understandably nervous about a recent upsurge in football violence.
In Sao Paulo...a young fan was fatally shot in the head Sunday during a football fight by some 500 hooligans.
It was the 2nd football fan death...in a week.
And fan clashes are being reported nearly every week.
