      Ex-intelligence chief Zbigniew Siemiatkowski has been charged with exceeding his authority and mistreating prisoners of war...in a secret CIA prison on Polish soil.
     Despite official denials...Poland kept a secret prison for prisoners from December 2002-2003.
     Siemiatkowski was Warsaw's spy chief from 2002-2004.
     He refused comment...but did not deny the charges.
