ROMANIA : 7 Feb UPDATE: PM Emil Boc Resigns; Ungureanu Named Replacement.

      After 3 weeks of nearly constant protests over austerity measures...PM Emil Boc
abruptly resigned.
     Boc, 45...said he wanted 'to defuse political and social tension.'
     He has been PM since 2008.
     Foreign intelligence minister Mihai Razvan Ungureanu (foto), 43...has been nominated by President Basescu to replace Boc.
