Saskatchewan's John Gibson is $1,000 poorer but wiser about roaming charges.
Weyburn resident Gibson let his family and 2 grand kids watch some Netflix movies on his laptop's air card during a long road trip to Phoenix, Arizona.
     His bill came to...$10,000 usd!
Eventually...Gibson's Canadian provider SaskTel agreed to knock down the damage...to just one grand.
And he says he has learned his lesson.
