BRASIL : Another Minister Resigns Over Corruption Charges.


      Urban Affairs Minister...Mario Negromonte...in charge of critical infrastructure projects...resigned amidst corruption charges.
     He is the 7th member of President Rousseff's cabinet to quit because of corruption allegations...since she took office 13 months ago.
     Negromonte, 61...is accused of giving lucrative contracts for 2014 World Cup football projects...to companies that supported his party.
