Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones...the ultra rich former chief of cosmetics giant L'Oreal...wants a court to shut down a food stand near his chic winter getaway in the French Alps.
He claims it is a 'visual, auditory and olfactory nuisance."
He can't stand the smell of its sizzling fat.
The food stand owner says she resents his request...and accuses him of acting like a feudal lord crushing French 'peasants.'
She says she offered to sell him the stand for 500,000 euros...but he countered with only 50,000.
He..."comes here for a month a year...while I am working thru the whole winter season," she noted.
