The worst cold spell in decades is also bringing power cuts...that are forcing the closure of schools and even airports.
     Russia's Gazprom...the region's main energy supplier...has cut some supplies by 30%.
Especially hard hit are Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Romania and Italy.
Gazprom is blaming Ukraine for taking more than its contracted share of nat gas.
Ukraine's pipelines carry the Russian gas.
Over 100 have died in Ukraine.
And...more than 3,000 heating shelters have been set up in Ukraine...as it helps its homeless.
Russia is also suffering...where at least 64 have died from the cold.
