BOSNIA : 14 Month Stalemate Ends With Leadership Compromise.

     After 14 months of stalemate...leaders from the Muslim, Croatian and Serbian parties agreed to form a government.
    The deal gives the PM slot to a Bosnian Croat...while the foreign minister will be a Bosnian Muslim.
    The compromise means Bosnia can finally move forward with EU membership talks.
    The EU has blocked a E100mn loan until a government was formed.
