RUSSIA / TAJIKISTAN : Moscow Cracks Down On Tajik Illegals...After 2 Pilots Convicted.

      In March...Tajiks jailed 2 Russian pilots while re-fueling from Afghanistan...accusing them of smuggling...and then convicted them on 8 Nov....to more than 8 years.
      Now...Russia has begun a crackdown on illegal migration from Tajikistan.
      President Medvedev calls the crackdown... "a coincidence."
      At least Tajiks 300 have been rounded-up.
     Tajiks are used as a cheap source of labor.
