RUSSIA: Cold War Redux? Putin Talks Tough To Faithful.

     PM Vladimir Putin used Cold War-style rhetoric to tell the West to butt-out of his country's upcoming elections.
     He told 11,000 faithful party members that the USA and EU would do better "to use the money to pay back their domestic debt"...than fund human rights groups.
