President Raul Castro has not only lashed out...but has taken action...against widespread state corruption...in a nation where the average salary is...a lowly $20 usd per month.
In the past two years...there have been at least 6 corruption investigations involving foreigners in Cuba....with at least 52 officials sent to jail.
