CHILE : Students...And Violence...Return To Santiago's Streets.

      Thousands (est. 7,000-40,000) of students returned to Santiago's streets to protest stalled educational reform negotiations.
      But violence erupted as masked youths attacked police with stones and Molotov bottles.

     Police responded as usual...with tear gas and water cannons.
