KOSOVO/ SERBIA: Border Clash Injures 4 NATO Troops And 16 Civilians.

      Four NATO soldiers were injured by pipe bombs thrown by ethnic Serbs while trying to remove a roadblock near the Jarinje border crossing.
     NATO troops responded with tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the large crowd...with 16 civilians reported injured at a local hospital.
     A Serb official claims some soldiers also used live ammo.
