Emma Coronel, 22, (above) a US citizen and current wife of the notorious wanted narco boss Joaquin 'Chapo' Guzman,(below) gave birth to twin girls...in August in a Lancaster, California hospital...before returning to Mexico.
The multibillionaire fugitive Sinaloa gang chief, Guzman, 54, with a $5mn bounty on his head...married Coronel in 2007.
She may be his third or fourth wife.
Coronel was not arrested because there were no charges against her.
