MEXICO: 13 Dead, 65 Wounded In San Luis Potosi Prison Riot; 10 Band Members Dead, 5 Injured in Bus Accident.

     At least 10 members of the band La Reyna de Monterrey died...and 5 were injured...in a traffic accident returning on the highway...from Laredo to Monterrey.

Police believe the band's driver feel asleep and drove head-on into an oncoming tractor trailer truck.
