BRASIL : Drought Continues To Punish Northeast.

        Historically...many times Brasil's northeast interior has suffered from serious droughts...that sent its residents fleeing to the big cities...for work and food.
       It's true again this year...as the rainy season produced no rain.
       But...President Rousseff is offering $1 billion in aid for ranchers and farmers.
       Will it be enough?
