GEORGIA : Protesters Disrupt Presidential Speech.
Fighting broke out as protesters succeeded in delaying a speech by President Mikhail Saakashvili outside the national library in Tbilisi.
Earlier...Saakashvili had been prevented from speaking in the parliament.
Protesters are angry at his attempts to stifle dissent...and human rights.
He leaves office in October.
