      Death and violence have returned to Mexico...under new President Pena Nieto...with a vengeance.
     At least...16 tortured and dismembered bodies were found around Toluca...with 22 more murdered in the DF.
    AND...AP just reported that 6 bodies were discovered stuffed in plastic bags in an abandoned auto in Zinacantepec. 
    Officials call Mexico City's high death toll...'unusual.' 
    Pena Nieto proclaimed that reducing violence was a top priority.
