LATIN AMERICA / ECONOMIES : 2013 World Bank Estimates.

      A new World Bank report projects that Paraguay will have Latin America's top growth in 2013...at 8.5%...followed by Panama...at 7.5%.
     Panama just announced a 6-month delay opening-up the refitted Canal...now scheduled for June 2015.
     The WB estimates Peru's growth at 5.8%...Chile at 5.1%...Bolivia with 4.4%...and Costa Rica and Uruguay with 4%.
    The giant economies of Brasil and Argentina may grow by 3.4%.
    Mexico will see 3.3% growth...and Colombia 3.8%.
    The WB report states that Latin America is vulnerable to China's demand for commodities.
