NORWAY / RUSSIA / EU / ENERGY :Oslo Nat Gas Exports Surge;Gazprom's Are Stagnant.

      Norway exported more nat gas to the EU...than Russia in 2012.
     Oslo increased exports by 16%...while Gazprom suffered its worst numbers in a decade.
     Moscow's exports to Europe and Turkey...fell by 8%.
     Both are in a dogfight for the important German market.
     Oslo currently prices its nat gas lower than Gazprom.
