BRASIL: Artist Selaron Dies On Steps He Created In Rio.

     Artist Jorge Selaron, 65...came from Chile...but died in Rio...on the 215 step staircase he spent 2 decades decorating.
     His elaborate and colorful tiled stairs in the Lapa neighborhood are a tourist attraction.
