Artist and professor Vladimir Franz, 53...thinks he has a good chance to become the Czech Republic's first directly elected president.
Others may disagree...because Franz is a walking, talking canvas of tattoos...even if he has a law degree.
Franz has collected more than enough signatures required to run as an independent for the largely ceremonial post.
If he wins in January...he would succeed 2-term but often unpopular euroskeptic Vaclav Klaus.
