     Socialist President Evo Morales continued on the rocky path of nationalizing foreign owned companies...especially utilities, oil and mineral concerns.
    Morales took over the electrical utilities in La Paz and Oruro plus 2 other units...owned by Spain's Iberdrola.
    In May...Morales took over Spanish owned Red Electrica. 
    At least 15 companies have been nationalized since 2006.
