      Colombia's Defense Minister claims that FARC narco/oro terrorists earn between $2.4-$3.5 billion from drugs annually...for its 8,100 member army.
     Meanwhile...peace talks in Norway continue.
     Experienced Colombia reporter John Otis writes that FARC leader Ivan Marquez began the sit-down with a long belligerent rant against the ruling elites and mining companies ...and no apologies for 50 years of violence, kidnappings and bloodshed...that has frankly shocked Colombianos.
    Many now fear this 4th attempt at peace...will also be a failure.
