ARGENTINA: 30 Oct UPDATE : 2 Dead After Sudden Downpour In Buenos Aires; Thousands Evacuated.

     In Buenos Aires...200 mm of rain fell in just 2 hours...killing 2 people...injuring at least 3...and forcing the evacuation of 1,800 people...many from slums near a river.
     It rained in BA...and the surrounding area...for almost 24 hours.
      The sudden downpour wreaked havoc on subway and commuter rail lines; it also forced arriving flights to divert to other airports.
