Ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko has lost her last appeal in Ukraine over a conviction for abuse of office.
It probably means the Yulia, 51...will serve out the rest of a 7 year sentence...and owe a $190 million fine...for a 10-year gas deal she brokered with Russia in 2009.
The government defended the appeals victory...claiming her case was 'a criminal case, not a political case.'
Her case will now be taken up by the European Court of Human Rights in France.
