GEORGIA / RUSSIA / DAGESTAN : 11 Gunmen Killed, 3 Soldiers Dead In Border Hostage Battle.

    A fight to free hostages near the Russian border...turned deadly...with 3 soldiers killed... and 11 gunmen shot dead.
    5 soldiers were also wounded in the Dagestan border skirmish.
    The dead gunmen's identities were not revealed.
