    The daughter of President Raul Castro's handpicked economic reforms honcho...and sometimes touted as his successor...VP Marino Murillo, 51...fled across the Mexican border...and asked for asylum in the USA.
    Glenda Murillo Diaz, 24...gets to stay in Tampa, Florida with some relatives...under the USA's wet-foot/dry-foot act.
    Government sources in La Habana are now claiming Glenda fled...for love...not politics... or as a vote of no confidence in her father's slow reform of the island's troubled economy.
    Murillo Diaz was attending a psychology conference in the DF before crossing the border at Laredo.
