Finally...students protesting for education reforms held a largely peaceful march in Santiago and other cities.
Crowds estimated at between 50,000 to 200,000 showed up...and experienced a festive atmosphere...that ended with an outdoor concert.
Protesters were organized by high school and university groups.
But...late violence by hooded hooligans...resulted in 200 arrests...and 13 injured police.
