CUBA / CANADA : 2 Foreign Investor Arrests Chill Atmosphere.

President Raul Castro claims to want more foreign investment...but arrests of investors there...are seen as a dangerous warning shot.
The communist nation has been quietly dealing with massive corruption at the top...with some foreigners suffering collateral damage.
2 Canadians have been sitting in a La Habana jail for almost a year...without charges...no trail date announced...and all assets confiscated.
The business atmosphere is so problematic that many foreign businesses have pulled out.
Gone are longtime investors Pizza Nova, Repsol and Italia Telecom.
