BRASIL: Homeless Man Returns $10K Found In Sao Paulo Trash.

There may be few honest people working in mega banks manipulating the LIBOR...but there are at least 2 homeless people in Sao Paulo who are honest.
A homeless couple...who live under a bridge and earn a $7.50 per day recycling garbage...found $10,000 tossed in the trash...and called police to report it.
Rejaniel Silva Santos, 36, says his mother taught him not to steal.
The money, checks and receipts in the bag proved the valuables came from a Japanese...that had been robbed last week.
