A homeless couple...who live under a bridge and earn a $7.50 per day recycling garbage...found $10,000 tossed in the trash...and called police to report it.
Rejaniel Silva Santos, 36, says his mother taught him not to steal.
The money, checks and receipts in the bag proved the valuables came from a Japanese...that had been robbed last week.
