ARGENTINA / MEXICO / BRASIL : Oppenheimer Interviews Economist Krugman.

      One of this editor's favorite Nobel winning economists...the sometimes shrill and often combative NYT columnist/frequent commentator Paul Krugman...was interviewed about Latin America's prospects by columnist Andres Oppenheimer.
    In a short report...Krugman downplays Mexico and Argentina's prospects...and favors Brasil...as he promotes his new book... 'End this Depression Now.'
